The legendary actor of nearly 110 films Dr Shivarajakumar, humble and simple actor was honored affectionately with a shawl, Mysuru Peta, and a ‘Silver Kadaga’ to the right hand on completion of 30 years in Kannada cinema industry. The felicitation event was held in the residence of Dr Shivarajakumar in Nagavara at 12 noon.

It was on 19^th of February 30 years ago Shiv entered the cinema field from ‘Anand’.  Taluk Dr Shivarajakumar Kannada Sena Samithi has organized this felicitation event. Sa Ra Govindu, KFCC President, Smt Geetha Shivarajakumar, KP Srikanth and others were present.

It is the love and affection from the beginning kept me going. I always thank ‘Abhimani Devaragalu’, I would go on acting till you show affection. Till 2026 I wish to continue as actor stated Dr Shivarajakumar.

Sa Ra Govindu in his address remembered his production manager days for ‘Anand’ Kannada film days. He wished for continuation of Dr Rajakumar legacy by Dr Shivarajakumar.
